VOLUNTEERS WEEK  -  FUN QUIZ NIGHT!

1 - 7 June 2007 is Volunteers Week and on 7 June we have invited our volunteers to a Fun Quiz Night in the Christian Centre, Glebe Street, Falkirk, from 7 - 10 p.m.

Ghost Walk in the Royal Mile, Edinburgh

In January The Carers Befriending Project organised a Ghost Walk in the Royal Mile area of Edinburgh for their volunteers.  We were escorted by Adam Lyal, Highwayman (deceased) who was hung for his crimes in the Grassmarket in 1811 and we met lots of characters along the way!  The group were lucky with the weather - organising a Ghost Walk in January was taking a bit of a chance!   A good time was had by all.
